Dr. Richard E. Fine, MD, FACS
Dr. Fine is currently the Program Director of the Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship and Director of Research and Education at the West Comprehensive Breast Center in Germantown, TN. He began his career as a breast surgeon in 1988 and as served as Board Member and Trustee for organizations such as the National Consortium of Breast Centers, National Accreditation of Breast Centers Program, American Cancer Society, and the American Society of Breast Surgeons, where he also served as President (2003/2004) and Chairman of the Board (2105-2018). Dr. Fine is an investigator in the landmark ICE3 clinical trial for Cryoablation of Low Risk Small Breast Cancer.
