About the Breast Cryoablation Mini Master Class at SIO
Participants in the half-day course will receive a comprehensive overview of ablative therapies. Additionally they will learn about innovative breast cancer* therapies and patient selection for breast cryoablation. The course will be led by experts in breast cryoablation from diverse fields in interventional oncology, breast radiology, and breast surgery, including Robert Ward, MD, Franco Orsi, MD, Co-Primary Investigator of the ICE3 trial on cryoablation of early-stage, low-risk breast cancer, Kenneth Tomkovich, MD.
Included in the course is a hands-on session which will feature our liquid nitrogen based ProSense® Cryoablation System. Members of the IceCure team will be present to help assist the experts with the system demonstration.
