Hezi Himelfarb, BSc., MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Himelfarb joined IceCure Medical in 2008, bringing more than 20 years of management experience in medical device companies. Most recently, Mr Himelfarb was President and CEO of Remon Medical Technologies, acquired by Boston Scientific. Prior to Remon, Mr. Himelfarb managed the Israeli facility of Medtronic InStent. Mr. Himelfarb holds a BSc. in electronic engineering and an MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University.
Meirav Dudek
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Dudek joined IceCure in June 2011, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in a wide variety of managerial, financial, tax and accounting related positions. Prior to joining IceCure, Ms. Dudek was CFO at BSP — Biological Signal Processing Ltd, a public company traded in the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and previously, Director of Finance at ChipX. She also served four years at Ernst & Young International, working with private and publicly traded companies. Ms. Dudek holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economic and an Executive MBA from Haifa University, Israel. Ms Dudek is a licensed CPA since 2000.
William S. Irby
VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Irby brings more than 20 years of Medical Device Sales and Marketing experience in the US. His background includes a highly successful track record at Johnson & Johnson where he excelled in sales and marketing of breakthrough technologies in Women’s Health and Cardiology. Most recently, Mr. Irby served as a Director of Sales for Cordis Cardiology. Prior, he was Marketing Director at Medtronic and National Director of Sales for Sanarus Medical. Further women’s health experience includes participation in the initial launch team for endometrial ablation product line and serving as the US Product Director for an innovative stress incontinence product at J&J. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
Elisabeth Sadka, MSc., MBA
VP RA/QA and Clinical Applications
Mrs. Sadka joined IceCure in 2007 after 15 years of experience in quality, regulation, clinical and business development management positions, in leading medical device companies. Mrs. Sadka holds a MSc. in Food Sciences and Nutrition Engineering from Dijon University, in France and a MBA Degree from the Herriot Watt University of Edinburgh.
Simon Sharon, MSc., MBA
VP Research & Development
Mr. Sharon brings vast experience in design and development of medical devices. Prior to IceCure, he was Research & Development Manager at CI Systems, Disc-o-tech (acquired by Kaifun) and Anorad (a business unit of Rockwell Automation). Mr. Sharon holds a BSc. from the Technion Institute of Technology, an MSc. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT where he specialized in motion control and robotics, and an MBA from the Kellogg Recanati School of Management.
